Slow Mouse Response in Windows 10
The issue of Slow Mouse Response on a Windows 10 computer could be happening due to a variety of reasons, ranging from weak batteries, faulty mouse, incorrect settings to other reasons. 1. Remove and Reconnect Mouse

9. Disable Fast Startup

11. Check for Updates
